Yellow Rose Core Value – Quality 

“What are the core values of Yellow Rose Fitness?” 

These are the core values that we’ve had ever since our inception in 2016. While the business has changed and evolved, these core values have been the driving forces throughout our years of helping people get fit, healthy, and happy.

In this updated new series, we’ll talk about each on of these values and what it really means to us here at Yellow Rose. First, Quality.

QUALITY

“the standard of something as measured against other things of a similar kind; the degree of excellence of something.”

I think the latter half of that definition is what really speaks to us. “The degree of excellence of something.” Our something being our core products: coaching, group fitness, nutrition coaching, and personal training. To go a bit further with that, our product is also our facility, equipment, and the overall experience of our members.

Quality for us, is not a way to measure against other things or other gyms. Quality is the ONLY way we know how to operate.

In every decision we make, and every action we take, we ask ourselves, “Is what I’m about to do of the utmost quality?” “Is what I’m doing going to exemplify excellence and quality?”

You could say the word quality is a check for us to make sure we aren’t slacking off and to make sure we are working as hard as humanly possible. We strive to make everyone’s experience in the gym the best they’ve ever had. Without a way to check yourself and hold yourself accountable, it’s very, VERY easy to slack off and work less. You know, take the easy way out.

This is unacceptable at Yellow Rose Fitness. We do not let you take the easy way out in your workouts, so you can be absolutely sure we will not take the easy way out in our coaching and day to day operations. Quality is at the top of our core values because it sets the tone for each and every day. Quality is our north star, our beacon of excellence, and our way to deliver the experience that you deserve.

Replace “excellence” with “quality,” and Aristotle is speaking our language.

Quality is the guide for us at Yellow Rose Fitness. We hope to continually impact your life with the highest level of quality.
