We all need to strength train. I mean, we REALLY need to strength train. Just 3 hours of strength training a week can reduce all cause mortality by upwards of 30%.

As we get older, our bodies begin to decay. It’s a part of the circle of life that we will not ever be able to escape… but we CAN slow it down. We slow it down with dedicated strength, stability, and mobility training in a fun and motivating community that keeps us accountable. Pair that with expert coaching and workouts, and you have a recipe for a longer, healthier, happier life.

But it’s hard to find that community, and it’s even harder to find a community where you’re truly getting the bang for your buck when it comes to training. It’s hard to find a place that understands the science of training, the art of coaching, and the skill of developing a place that makes you want to workout.

We’re thrilled to introduce our Happy Legends program at Yellow Rose. This program is designed specifically for those aged 50 and above who are ready to embrace strength, vitality, mobility, and joy like never before.

The Power of Strength Training for the LEGENDS

Strength training isn’t just for the young and spry; it’s for everyone, especially as we age. In fact, it becomes even more crucial to incorporate strength training into our fitness routines as we navigate the journey of getting older. Here’s why:

Expert Coaching

We have a passion for helping people, and we strive to have the best around to make sure your workouts are built and designed for your level of fitness, even in a group environment. Our coaches will help you learn more about movement, educate you, and empower you to make serious changes in your life for the better.

Your coach will act as your guide through class, helping you with all aspects of strength training in a group. It doesn’t matter if you’ve worked out for 25 years or you’ve never worked out before, we will be able to help you and make sure you get the best (and safest) workouts possible.

Our Legends class will be held Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 1PM. The first class will be Monday, March 11th. (Our goal is to open up more times and more offerings as soon as possible!).
