Tucked neatly in Oak Forest and serving the GOOF area, Yellow Rose Fitness is a spectacular little corner of strength, structure, accountability, and happiness. We specialize in guiding busy humans (parents, especially) toward sustainable health with personal training, group fitness, and nutrition coaching. Plus, the added benefit of youth fitness, legends fitness (50+ age group classes), a full scale personal training studio, and a deeply supportive community. It’s fitness, with a ton of support, and a whole lot of fun.

Absolutely not. You don't shower before you shower... right? We're here to help you get in shape, no matter what your current level of fitness is. We're here for absolutely anyone and everyone.
We don't offer discounts, but we DO offer specific classes! Our youth program is perfect for students ages 7-15, and we have our Happy Legends program for those that are 50 years and older.
In order for you to have the best experience possible, we always suggest starting with our On Ramp program (beginners) or at least 1 personal training session so we can teach you everything about Yellow Rose, and learn more about you!
We are not open 24/7, but we do have coaches that have a ton of availability to fit your busy schedule for personal training.
Yes! We even have an entire studio space dedicated JUST for personal training.
Our classes range from 45-55 minutes.
We are a strength and conditioning facility, but we put strength training as the primary focus. Getting strong is never a weakness, and we always want to help you progress your strength.
We offer group fitness, personal training, nutrition coaching, youth fitness, ladies only classes, postpartum classes, and 50+ year old classes.
We love seeing people train anywhere from 2-4 days per week. If you do this, we know you'll see results!
