Mom’s don’t need to hear it, but the postpartum journey is a difficult one.

Your body is recovering.

Your brain is moving a million miles a minute.

You feel the pressure and the weight of the world over every decision.

Oh, and then you have to deal with societal constructs as well and nosey questions…

“When are you going back to work?”
“Have you started exercising yet?”
“Are they going to daycare?”
“DON’T put them in daycare yet!”
“You’re not going back to work? Must be nice!”

I mean, we could insert a million nosey and unnecessary questions that people ask of Moms above, but I think you get the point.

It’s a lot to handle, and all the while you’re handling all of these things, you might not feel your best physically. That’s the cherry on top of this stressful and exhausting Sunday of motherhood.

So let us handle your workouts, and let us safely bring you back to exercise in a slow, calm and controlled environment with postpartum fitness expert coaches, and a community of support, shall we?

The Happy Mama Movement Club at YELLOW ROSE was created just for Moms.

It’s a class where Moms can take the time to love themselves and build their strength safely.

It’s a class that is efficient. No wasted time. You’ve got a full schedule!

And it’s a class where we will 100% help you safely return to workouts postpartum, learn to repair and strengthen your core/pelvic floor, gain strength, confidence, and energy.

Oh, and you’ll increase the size of your village by meeting other amazing Moms.

Our next session begins October 14th. These classes will be held Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 8:45AM – 9:30AM.
