Group Fitness

Our staple 55-minute group fitness class consists of multiple levels of programming so you get the best workout possible. Our 55-minute classes are perfect for your busy schedule! Build strength. Burn calories. Feel amazing.

Level 1 Programming

Level 1 is our mainstay programming at Yellow Rose. This is our classic strength and conditioning program that is geared to help you build strength and muscle while also utilizing functional movements, calisthenics, and cardio to help increase your overall health and wellness.

Level 2 Programming

Level 2 is for those that want to build strength and endurance without utilizing the barbell. Level 2 is based around high repetition dumbbell and kettlebell movements that will be effective at building strength and endurance, just like Level 1. The workouts are congruent with Level 1, but slightly altered to fit the “move and sweat” profile. You can expect high rep strength sessions, but all the same calisthenics and cardio to help you live your best life.

Level 3 Programming

Level 3, also known as our at-home programming, is our answer to the problem of time. You can’t get to the gym today? No worries. YRF has you covered with Level 3. Level 3 is our workout programming based entirely on bodyweight movements. Your workout will look similar to Level 1 and 2 but based entirely around bodyweight movements (5 days a week). Instead of barbell squats, you’ll perform bodyweight squats. Instead of kettlebell swings, you’ll perform v-ups (just examples… our program has endless combinations of amazing movements). Level 3 is perfect for ANYONE wanting to get some fitness in their life at a low barrier for entry!

When you have a clear understanding of the fundamentals of our workouts, you will be able to minimize the risk of injury and see better, faster results.
