We have so many programs here at Yellow Rose Fitness. From group fitness to personal training, the youth program to the Happy Legends, to the postpartum moms that are safely returning back to fitness after welcoming their bundle(s) of joy…
There’s a lot going on!
Plus we have one program in particular will help you achieve lifelasting results, expand your knowledge, and teach you systems and principles that will guide you through a healthier life forever.
That’s our Happy Eating program, AKA our 1-on-1 nutrition coaching program.
Now, many people wonder if this is right for them. What’s it consist of? Can I do it? How much time does it take? Am I going to see results?
You have so many questions, and I have answers, but instead of treating this as a hypothetical Q&A, I just want to share some thoughts on the program at large. (If you have questions, please email me at [email protected] and I’ll answer every single one of them!).
This program is for EVERYONE. Everyone. Think you’re not everyone? Wrong. EVERYONE.
And it’s for everyone because it is not a one-sized-fits-all approach. Our team of coaches look at each person as a unique individual, and then devise a plan that’s going to see you be successful. Will the plan change? Almost certainly, but that’s because life changes, and we wanted to build a program that is as flexible as it needs to be so that way you can continue to be as consistent as possible for as long as possible.
After all, *that’s* the secret sauce to long-lasting health and wellness … being flexible enough to stay consistent. It’s not a set of rigid rules. It’s a system that allows leeway so it doesn’t come crashing down.
Think of the Happy Eating program like a really tall skyscraper, or a suspension bridge, or a wooden rollercoaster. While they look massive and rigid, there’s actually a lot of give built into the design to handle the hurricane force winds, massive vehicles driving across it, or a roller coaster full of people making a 90* turn (shoutout to “The Rattler” in Six Flags San Antonio for scaring the beejeezus out of me when I was 8).
While rigidity can build something, flexibility and structural give will keep it built forever.
The reason most people think that nutrition coaching isn’t for them is because they’ve tried something that has had set and rigid rules without compromise or give. It makes them feel like a failure whenever life causes interruptions. After all, life … finds a way, and it always will be there to throw off your rigid set of rules.
So why have rigid rules? Just to set yourself up for failure?
That’s where Happy Eating comes in.
We provide a structure and system that allows for give and compromise.
We have amazing coaches who will hold you accountable, and also be the voice of reason.
We have a proven track record of helping thousands of people lose tens of thousands of pounds.
And we’re here, rooting for you, and wanting you to succeed.
So is nutrition coaching right for you?
Ahem… yes.
