They have to dodge ridiculous amounts of unsolicited advice, people hitting on them, entitlement from other gym-goers, looks of judgement, and a multitude of other horror stories that can make going to a gym seem like a waste.
But the truth is, we NEED women in gyms.
We need women to lift heavy weights and show the next generation how amazing it is to be strong.
We need women to feel like they belong in gyms, and believe that they do.
We need to women to feel the life-changing effects of weight training, both from a physical and mental aspect.
… and we need men to understand women lifting heavy weights is better for everyone (except your fragile ego if you think they should only do cardio).

This is a women’s only strength class where you’ll learn the fundamentals of barbell, kettlebell, dumbbell, and bodyweight training so you can walk into any gym for the rest of your life with confidence, and absolutely dominate your workouts.
Our team is going to consistently educate you, empower you, and help you grow and thrive with your new tribe of badass ladies who lift. The community will hold you accountable, and with that accountability you’ll be able to achieve amazing results.

Q: When are the classes?
A: Classes are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 10:30AM, and Tuesday/Thursday at 8:30AM. Classes are 45minutes long.
Q: Do I have to be “in shape” for this?
A: Absolutely not. We like to use the shower analogy for this question. Do you take a shower before you shower? Nope! You get in the shower to get clean! The same goes for this gym. We’re here to help you get in shape and feel your best, strongest, and happiest!
Q: I’ve never strength trained before. Is this right for me?
A: This class was literally designed for YOU! This is a program made for beginners that also has options for other more experienced ladies. This is the perfect class for you!
Q: Can I try it out?
A: YES! We offer a free 7-day trial for this program.
Q: What sort of program do you follow?
A: We curate a program that is based on the basic science of strength training with room to modify each day. Our coaches are always watching to help you get the best and safest workout possible.
Q: No for real, I’ve never worked out before. I’m scared. What should I do?
A: We know you’re scared, and probably pretty intimidated. That’s OK, and it’s perfectly valid. However, we’re here for you, and we’re going to make sure you have an amazing experience.
