This is The Happy Habits Kickstart at YELLOW ROSE.
You’ll pick FOUR habits from the habit bank that we have built. If the thought of picking habits is overwhelming, email me here so I can help, or you can go off of our recommended list:
- 30 Minute Daily Walk
- 10,000 steps per day
- Fruits and veggies at every meal.
- 5-10 minute meditation or journaling
(remember – you get to pick four of your own personal habits that YOU want to build. It could be nightly planning sessions for the next day, drinking more water, no alcohol, less screen time, adding mobility work… whatever is going to advance your health and happy!)
These habits are accessible, and simple, but the difficulty will be in doing these day after day… especially the days you don’t feel like it.
And that’s why we’re going through it together. We can leverage the power of the group accountability.
The biggest barrier to success will be in your own head, and the narrative you tell yourself.o To help, we’ve added a price and a prize.
First, the kickstart will cost $99. <REGISTER HERE>. The price is there to get you coaching, but mostly to hold you accountable. It’s just barely costly enough for you to take it seriously. But you can do it. Bet on yourself.
Second, tracking. You’re going to record your success every day on a simple Google Spreadsheet, or if you’d like, and even MORE simple pen-and-ink tracking sheet. You’ll save this on your phone home screen for easy access, or you’ll post the sheet on your fridge. Whatever is going to be most helpful for YOU.
Third, the prize. A one of a kind Yellow Rose shirt. You can’t buy these: you have to earn them. You earn one by hitting 90% compliance on your tracking sheet (or 100 boxes checked).
Fourth, the future. At the end of the challenge, you’ll sit down with a coach, look at your Habit tracking, and decide on the next steps and the best path forward.

Q: When does this run?
A: February 3rd to March 2nd, 2025.
Q: What results am I going to see by the end?
A: Depending on the habits you choose… you’re probably going to lose a couple of pounds, but you’ll definitely feel sharper and have been far more active than normal. You’ll gain resilience. You’ll gain an amazing tracking tool. You’ll have a framework and groundwork and newfound belief in yourself to know you can set your mind to change, and MAKE the change.
But more importantly, you’ll have a running start at a habit that you might keep forever. You might find out that you love living a sober life, and that alcohol no longer serves you. You could find that veggies at every meal make you feel phenomenal. You could unlock a new world of mental clarity with your 30 minute daily walk.
