Easy Ways To Be Active

While I genuinely want everyone who ever sets eyes on this website to come into Yellow Rose and try us out, I know that isn’t feasible for many.

There’s a distance factor, a cost factor, and plenty of other factors that just won’t make it happen, and that’s OK.

But with our mission of helping 10,000+ people live longer, healthier, and happier lives, we will always produce simple and accessible content to help reach more and more people.

Here are some easier ways you can be more active today without stepping foot into a gym.

-Park far away in the parking lot wherever you go

-Take the stairs

-Your destination is less than a mile away? Walk.

-Park a couple of floors higher in the parking garage… and take the stairs

-Skip the evening show that you watch and go for a walk instead.

Basically, walk a lot.

Walking is such an accessible way to begin your fitness journey, or even enhance your current journey.

One of the best things you can do if you’re feeling like you’ve hit a plateau? A couple of 30 minute intentional walks a day.
