At Yellow Rose, our mission has always been pretty simple: to help you live a longer, healthier, and happier life. We utilize our arsenal of tools from strength training to conditioning, accountability, strategy sessions, and a community that keeps you coming back. For almost 9 years now (wow!) we’ve offered high-energy group classes, specialty classes, and highly effective one-on-one personal training.

But what if you want the best of both worlds?

That’s exactly where our new Semi-Private Training comes in.

What is Semi-Private Training?

Semi-Private Training is personalized coaching in a small, supportive group of 2-4 people. Think of it as personal training, but with a few friends by your side.

Just like in personal training, you’ll get:
-A customized workout plan with exercises and stimuli that are just for your goals.
-An insane amount of direct coaching and feedback every session
-The accountability and motivation from training with a trainer next to you the entire time

But the bonus for semi-private?
-Extra accountability and motivation of training alongside others
-Your own little crew to workout with
-A cheaper session rate. Woo!

It’s a slam dunk and a no-brainer for the right person!

Why are we adding it?

Simply put, we think that it’s the next evolution in many people’s fitness journey, and an answer to some of the frustrations that a gym that has been around for this long will see.

In everyone’s fitness journey, you go through highs and lows, ebbs and flows, different seasons of life, etc etc. Then one day, you just might not *feel it* anymore, and wonder what else is there for you. You start looking at different training styles, other gyms, or what you could be adding to continue to get results.

That’s where semi-private is going to play for so many people.

You’ll be surrounded by community and a trainer, but you’ll be getting a highly customized program that is just for you. Because it’s just for you, you’ll start seeing results faster. It’s the perfect sweet spot if you want extra help on your form, an extra emphasis on strength, to bring up a lagging body part, or just want a different kind of coaching experience to keep it fresh!

Who Is It For?

Semi-Private is ideal if you:

  • Have been training for 1.5-2 years and feel as if you’re plateauing
  • Want more guidance and personalization
  • Thrive with a smaller, more focused environment
  • Have specific goals that need a highly customized plan tailored just to YOU

Whether you’re looking to get stronger, ease back into training, change it up, or train for a specific event or hobby … semi-private training can get you there faster.

Who is it NOT for?

It’s important that we highlight that while a new program can be exciting, it’s not the right fit for everyone! Semi-private is not right for you if:

  • You are loving your group classes, or personal training.
  • You are thriving and continuing to see results
  • You’re excited about training
  • You are finding plenty of accountability already

ALL of our programs work, but they don’t work for everyone. That’s why we offer multiple options!
