31 of 31, But I’m Not Done!

BOOM.

31 blog posts in 31 days.

I did it. I completed my challenge!

These blogs ranged from topics specific to CrossFit, to general health and wellness, to motivational/opinion pieces.

I wrote 22,818 words. That averages to about 736 a day.

To those of you who read every single one of those words… THANK YOU.

To those of you who haven’t read them all, but read a few… THANK YOU.

To those of you who have told me you enjoy these … THANK YOU.

It was not always easy to create these blog posts, but it was always fun.

It was so much fun, such a positive learning experience, and so incredibly valuable that I’ve decided to keep the blog going full steam… with a few exceptions. I’m not going to hold myself to a daily blog, but I do want to hold myself to 4-5 a week (Sunday to Sunday). The goal here is to bring good quality content Monday-Friday without feeling like it’s stressed or forced. I definitely plan to keep everyone updated on how the nutrition coaching with Stronger U is going (again, more accountability on that!). Not that I think any of my 31 were forced… but I could foresee that being an issue!

Again, thank you to everyone who’s been supportive of this challenge! I hope I’ve brought you some value and helped you out a bit.

I would love to know some more topics I could potentially discuss for you! If you have anything you’d like me to write about, drop it in the comments, shoot it to me on Facebook, Instagram, or in an email [email protected]. I’d love to help you out!

Please let me know if there’s anything I can do for you. I mean it.
